Delivery Timeframe

  • Orders are typically delivered within 10 business days across Pakistan.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances such as protests, strikes, or dharna, delivery may be delayed up to 15 business days. We appreciate your patience during such situations.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders with a minimum purchase value of 1,000 PKR.
  • For orders below 1,000 PKR, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be displayed during checkout.

Courier Partners

We have partnered with reliable courier services, including TCS, Leopards, and PostEx, to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your parcel's status.

Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
  • If a customer fails to receive the parcel after three delivery attempts, the product will be returned to us and may be subject to additional charges for reshipping.

Special Handling for Fragile Items

For fragile items, customers are required to:

  1. Record a video while receiving and opening the parcel in one continuous shot, without cuts or edits.
  2. This video serves as proof in case of damage and is mandatory for processing refunds or replacements.
