  • The video must clearly display the condition of the product upon opening and highlight any faults or damages.
  • Without this video proof, claims for returns, replacements, or refunds will not be processed.

3. Timeframe

  • Return or refund requests must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds can be processed in two ways:
    • Credited back to the original payment method.
    • Offered as store credit for future purchases.

5. Faulty Products

  • If a product is proven to be faulty or not as shown, we offer free returns, replacements, or refunds.
